When you submit a vendor application or off-market deal, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, service area, property addresses, and notes. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
To review and respond to your submission, distribute approved deals to our private buyer network, feature verified vendors in the directory, and contact you regarding your submission.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with members of the CCB network when you publish a deal or vendor profile, with service providers under confidentiality, or with authorities when required by law.
4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell), and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Email mrpina@gmail.com to exercise them.
5. Communications & TCPA
By submitting your phone number, you consent to be contacted by CCB via call, SMS, or email regarding your submission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain submissions for as long as they are operationally relevant or as required by law. Data is stored on industry-standard secured infrastructure with encryption in transit.
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for session management and language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
