1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using California Cash Buyers ("CCB", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship
CCB is not a licensed real estate broker, attorney, financial advisor, or tax advisor. We operate as an investor network and information service. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice.
3. Off-Market Deals & Marketplace
Properties listed are typically marketed by wholesalers assigning equitable interest under a purchase contract. CCB does not own the properties unless explicitly stated. All prices, ARV figures, and repair estimates are provided by the submitter and are not independently verified.
4. Verified Vendor Directory
"Verified" means the vendor passed our internal vetting process (license check where applicable, references, and active business status). Verification is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of performance. You hire vendors at your own risk.
5. User Submissions
By submitting a deal, vendor application, or any content, you grant CCB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the network for the purpose of marketing the deal or service. You represent that you have the legal right to do so.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal, any deal pursued through it, or any vendor engaged through it.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
